COMMON PROBLEMS: 

If you are not hearing sound when you play an exercise on the fretboard try the following: Fretboard Audio 1. In any program, Guitar Magic, Bass Magic, Picking &Rhythm, click on the Options Menu at the top of the screen. Then click on MIDI Settings from the drop down menu. 2. Click the down arrow under MIDI Output devices and select a driver with synthesis.

Tip: Click the rewind button on the Mixer, after you have played an exercise on the fretboard.  This will restart playback from the beginning.

If you are not displaying or hearing video correctly, try the following: Video 1. In any program, Guitar Magic, Bass Magic, Picking &Rhythm, click on the Options Menu at the top of the screen. Then click on Video Player Settings from the drop down menu. 2. Click the check box to activate the option use external video player. (Also, we reccommend you download the latest media player from the microsoft.com website, if you continue to have video problems.)
